Welcome to Pittsburgh Football Club Junior Academy Winter 2011 sessions! The Academy will be held Saturday Afternoons at GreenTree Sportsplex starting November 5, 2011 from 1:30 to 2:30pm.  The academy is for boys and girls U8 (DOB 8/1/03-7/31/04) thru U12 (DOB 8-1-99 to 7-31-00)

 The PFC Winter Junior Program will focus on player development, consisting of technical skill development, small-sided games and scrimmages to help the young player gain soccer skills and knowledge of the game. The junior program will help develop the young player in a positive and fun environment.

The fee for the Winter session is $200.00

Saturdays 1:30 to 2:30

Winter One 11/5 /11–12/17/11    

  Winter Two 1/14/12- 2/25/12     

   The fee will cover a T- shirt, training, player registration, coaching, referees fees and field fees. No refunds will be given unless a player is precluded from playing for three weeks or longer. PARENT’S APPROVAL AND MEDICAL RELEASE

The Pittsburgh Football Club does not provide insurance for injury or accident.  Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the Pittsburgh Football Club accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities (the “Programs”), I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the Pittsburgh Football Club, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owner of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.

My son/daughter has received a physical examination by a physician and has been found physically capable of participating in the Programs.  I hereby give my consent to have an athletic trainer and/or doctor of medicine or dentistry provide my son/daughter with medical assistance and/or treatment and agree to be responsible financially for the reasonable cost of each assistance and/or treatment.
