Coaches Bios:

Tim Antonelli has been involved in soccer since his youth. Playing locally in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and throughout his High School career at Thomas Jefferson High School He moved from the playing side of the game, to the coaching side, early in life and has over 24 years of coaching experience.

Tim was the Head Coach of the Thomas Jefferson Girls squad from 1995 to 2002 ending his career 120-35-6 with 7 WPIAL playoff appearances and four (1996, 1998,1999, and 2000) section championships.

Tim coached two teams at Century United during the1999-2000 playing year and the 2000-2001 playing year. (Girls 85G and Girls 86G). The 85G team reached the PA State Cup semifinals, while the 86G team reached the PA State Cup Finals. His 86G team moved on to win the Winchester Cup Virginia Tournament in the Spring of 2000.

Tim now coaches locally with Jaguars United Soccer Club out of the Thomas Jefferson School District and is a welcome addition to the Pittsburgh Football Club coaches’ team.

Tryouts for the Boys 97/98 U13 B Fall 2010/Spring 2011 season (D.O.B 8/1/1997 to 7/31/1998) will be held as follows:

Players attending should bring a size 5 ball, water, and wear a white (light gray) tee shirt and shin guards.

The team expects to carry 14 to 16 players into the fall season. Annual cost to participate will be between $1000.00 and $1200.00. The fee will cover the costs for the Fall 2009, winter indoor, and spring 2010 seasons. Included will be all training, registration fees for a Fall tournament out of our area, and the registration fees for either The Spring State Cup or an additional out of area tournament.

Currently the team trains on fields located within the Thomas Jefferson School District, and has players from Pleasant Hills, Jefferson Hills, Baldwin-Whitehall, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon and South Fayette.

Please arrive at the field 15 to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
